Fall Training

Fall Skills Training is for players looking to improve on their fundamental volleyball skills.  We will work on passing, digging, setting, serving and attacking.  This program is designed to maximize repetitive actions and touches on the ball for each player to improve on their individual skills. We will focus on all skills in a small group setting,  which is important for developing volleyball players. Please email if you have any questions.
